Terms & Refunds

These terms cover the digital products and custom work sold by Logic Theory Lab atlogictheorylab.com. By purchasing, you agree to them.

What you're buying

Our products are digital templates and tools (for example, Notion workspaces) delivered instantly through Gumroad after purchase. They are provided as-is for your own personal or business use.

License

• You may use a product in your own practice or business, across your own workspaces.
• Please don't resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files themselves, or present them as your own product.

Refunds

Because products are instant digital downloads, sales are generally final. That said, we want you to be happy with what you bought: if a product is broken, or clearly not as described, email info@logictheorydesign.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll make it right or refund you. Refunds are processed through Gumroad.

Custom systems

Custom builds are scoped and agreed in writing from your brief, including price, revisions, and timeline. Any deposit and specific terms are confirmed by email before work begins.

No professional advice

Our products help you organize and run the business side of your work. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or clinical advice, and — where relevant — do not by themselves make your practice compliant with any regulation (such as HIPAA). How you use a product is up to you.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Logic Theory Lab isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of a product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
